What to Expect at Your Appointment
Walking into a new place can feel intimidating — especially when you’re facing big questions. We want you to feel prepared and supported before you even step through our doors.
Scheduling Your Visit
You’re welcome to book a free appointment online or come in anytime during our open hours. We have offices in Marysville and Bellefontaine. We also serve the surrounding areas, choose the office that’s most convenient for you. If you have a photo ID, bring it. If questions come up beforehand, you’re always welcome to reach out.
When you Arrive
When you come in, we have client advocates ready to greet you. We are ready to listen and to help.
Meet the Heart of New Path
Every visit at New Path is led by a trained client advocate — someone who listens, cares, and supports you without judgment. Our advocates are the heart of our center, and many clients form lasting connections with the people they meet here.
You may notice different advocates on different days, and some clients even choose to return when their favorite advocate is available. Each advocate is here to provide the same compassionate and confidential care — no matter what day you visit.
During Your Visit
Your appointment typically includes:
A private conversation about your situation
Time to ask questions
Clear, honest information
Discussion of available resources and next steps
We want every client to feel supported and at home. During your visit, you can share what matters most to you, ask questions, and know that someone genuinely cares about your story and your next steps. We’re here for you — not just today, but for as long as you need us.
Ready When You Are
If you’re ready to talk, need resources, or have questions, we’re here to help. We look forward to meeting you soon!
